Resetting GMT?

Does anyone know how to reset the GMT settings in TS2ki's Global Server? My
GS is showing 13:52 GMT and that makes my computer time 9:52 AM EST when
it's actually 8:52am EST. The GMT time should be 12:52 GMT.
