adding $VXO to TS4.0...HELP!!!

FOR TS 4.0:

I am trying to add the symbol $VXO...I add it through the server-tools-symbol universe setup. I can't see it in the portfolio, but when I search in the symbol universe area it come up... I tried rebooting and restarting the server, but that did not help... Why is it not showing up in the portolio?
