Obtaining precise time of current bar

Hello,

On an intraday chart, does anyone know how to obtain the precise time of the
current tick?  Using the EL function Time returns the time of the current
bar (ie. on a 30 min chart, if the current tick time is 10:34, Time actually
returns 11:00, but I want the 10:34 time).
