I had the same problem in TS2Ki. To fix you have to rebuild your index files:

1-delete (or backup) all files in server/pds folder with .idx extension.
2-delete (or backup) GSQF.dat, GSQF.dat, perfmon.dat, AND sysevent.dat files.
3- Reboot and restart TS.

Depending on how many symbols you are collecting, it may take a few hours to
rebuild.
