Vol data in Global Server, not chart

New, confused Global Server user with the following oddball:

Global Server shows ES #F (from eSignal) and NQ #F data being in the
database.  However, the vol was not showing as anything but zero values in a
TS2000i 3 min chart with a few exceptions on a few different days where one
or two trades showed.  However, vol for a tick based chart shows the vol
correctly in either trade vol or tick count settings

This was true for both NQ and ES.  Running a new history download today
seems to have opened the data to TS for the ES as far back as the 60 days of
history, but not NQ.  No change for the NQ.

All ideas extremely welcome.
