Busting Trades

Hi All,

Just like some feedback with regard to exchanges busting trades.

I have been asked to formulate some suggestions to put to the Italian Exchange.

For the second time this week there has been a 'miss hit' on the FIB 30. Today's move was pretty
spectacular by anyone's standards, with the market dropping from 25,035 to 24,030 in 2 seconds
on the back of 50 contracts traded....

I would appreciate any ideas or feedback on how other exchanges have approached this problem,
and some general consensus of what should be the standard way to deal with this type of occurrence.

Thanks in advance
