Re: TS 7 (7.3) --- the Omega Trojan

PureBytes Links

Trading Reference Links

I mentioned this to the list over a year ago and I suspect "Bill & Co". are already data mining the hard drives and collecting the systems of those traders who have the highest success rates at TradeStation Brokerage -------- much the same way that MicroSoft lied to Ebay and sold them Passport technology so Microsoft could datamine Ebay sellers, etc. and try to steal their customers.

Call it the Omega trojan coded into TradeStation 6 & 7.

And guess what ? The MS Passport disclaimer has legal jargon that you give up all your rights if you use their software --- much the same disclaimer that Bill & Co. use, so any lawsuit would be tossed out of court by a judge.

No wonder there are so many still using TS5 and earlier.
