need russell futures data

I am trying to fix some holes in a russell futures database. If anyone has
anything I would love to get the following contracts( big contract or
small):

Sep 02, Sep 00, anything prior to 1-1-2000,

Also would love any emini russell prior to 1-1-03

tick or 15 min or smaller intra ascii, omz, zpo, etc.
