thanks i was the one who discovered that flaw for them. the actual
problem is that often the ip does not use the same gateway as the root
address, so the box can not tell that the connection is bad.

also the pro 800 turbo does have auto dial out using a regular isdn or
pots account. as well as the dual capabilities, look on the back see
the serial port. that is what that is for. so really it has three
internet capabilities to keep you online, i have two of these boxes.
