call Data Integrity Dept 800-327-2238.
My partner had the bad data problem today again and
was told, in case like that, to log off and log on again
after ~2min. This way you're switched to another
server. Cash folder doesn't have to be deleted.
A nice way of dealing with a problem, especially if you're
in a trade during that time.
