can any TS6 or TS7 users explain this

July 12th - since 8:15 AM est (might have been happening earlier, I just did
not notice), the emini ESM03 and its Continuous contract symbol counterpart
@ES.E have been over 1+ point apart.  They represent the same thing, and are
virtually interchangeable.
Anybody know what's causing this disconnect.
