Book "Building Winning Trading Systems"

My library (through interlibrary loan) was able to get the book "Building 
Winning Trading Systems with Tradestation" by George Pruitt; however the 
lending library did not provide the CD-ROM that came with the book.

Most of the material on the CD are the systems printed in the book, but 
there are several items that are not in the book. If anyone has this and 
doesn't mind sharing it with me, please drop me a line.
