Another Option Station question

Hello list,

      seems i`m digging more deeply & deeply in options :) found them
      interesting.

      i have a question:

      how MIVonBid, MIVonRawBid and  MIVOnClose are calculating?

      they are EL reference words and i want to know how do they
      calculate them.

      any help would be appreciated.
