Yes, Northstar, Sterling and Millennium are the ones I have heard of.
Sterling is only for CTA accounts. When I last checked Millennium let you
use as much capital as you wanted and held back $500; the other two let you
place only 30% of your retirement assets in the trustee account and held
back 30% of the account balance (not sure if they require the percentage to
remain constant as the account value changes or it's a one-time initial
holdback - anyone know?).
