In time you will understand how wrong that statement is.  It is always
the same thing with those guys.  Bill Cruz is a salesman and wants the
product out there making money ASAP and it is never past beta.  The
tech guys are nearly all just script readers.  They pass the problem
up to someone to work on it and act like it is not a usual problem for
most users or you are doing something wrong.  Fact is the early
versions are trash.  You will find Pepe doesn't know shit about the
product or the problems.  He just passes it on up.  How would you like
to have his job.
