This is a simple but I believe effective system and I am hard pressed to
code it. Possibly someone can help me: I use TS2Ki.
DMIPlus(14) > DMIMinus(14);
ADX(10) current bar is > than ADX prior bar;
Paint Price Bar Blue when ADX(10) crosses over DMIMinus(14).
