Maceo,

I  have  both  AMD  and Intel dual processor systems, I have
been  using  this  type  of  setup  for many years.  You are
correct,  the contemporary  AMD,  apples  to  apples,  beats
the intel in several areas.

But for  me the question, is one of being able to do development
under  TS7  or  not.   I  mean  to  say that the TS7 performance
problem  can  not  be  solved  with shear horsepower, as the
problem is that bad.

If  TS  management  do  not  recognize this, I have to look
elsewhere for a solution.

1)  move  all  code  into  C++  dll  and keep using TS for a
framework,

2) close TS account & move to something like esignal, RQuant, or WealthLab.

3) close TS account & move back to 2000i.

I'd like to hear, once again, from people that have made the
transition away from TS.
