SPX settlement automation

Hi all,

I have a system that requires an index closing price that is available only
in RadarScreen, and that is the final settlement of the SPX, which can get
updated after EOD, anytime between 1601 to 1609.

Now this price is simply not available in TradeStation charts... only the
last bar close is available, from what I have always seen.

My question is: Is there any way to access a price in RadarScreen, (instead
of the chart), using EL? My ultimate goal is to blend this price into an
ASCII file that I'm already outputting from TS with prices based on chart
action alone, and automatically, if I'm not at the computer.

My apologies, my RadarScreen experience is very limited.
