Would like a TS compatible DLL sample

Would  someone be able to toss over some code that I can use
as    as  a  sample  for building a  dll compatible with TS.
It'd be  nice  if  it  was either a Power Basic or a C one.  But
beggars  can  be  choosers.   I'd be grateful for whatever I
get.
