Paint Bar Indicator Help

   I am trying to create a Paint Bar study that will paint the price bar
Blue when the bar trades
below the 14 period Moving Average, both high, low, open and close and the
14 period +DMI is greater than the 14 period -DMI and the +DMI also is
greater than 25 and the ADX is greater than 25.
    Not being adept at Easy Language with my TS2Ki, I would really
appreciate any help that anyone knowledgeable about Easy Language could give
me.
