How do I code for no trading on expiration day?

Dear List, My strategy seems fairly robust except for trades taken on the 
3rd friday of the month ( expiration ).I would like to create a condition 
that excludes trading on these days ( I'm using intraday charts). I've tried 
working with the paintbar code and the Next 3rd Friday function, but to no 
avail.  I'm a little new to EL, but have'nt had too difficult a time telling 
it what I want, until now. Thanks in advance, Jim
