Discrepancies New Highs/Lows

I have seen a gigantic discrepancy in the number of 52 week new highs/lows
on various web sites today.  I can't speak to other days since today is the
first I checked anyone but Q.com.  For instance, for new lows:

Quote.com's Livecharts reports of 46
Quote.com's actual website reports 7
Prophet finance reports 5
Briefing.com reports 19
cbs marketwatch reports 29

Does anyone have an explanation for these huge discrepancies?
