DTN to E-Signal?

I've got a question about changing my data provider from DTN to E-Signal. I
have been with DTN for 3+ years, but am considering the move to E-Signal
because of the expanded product offering. DTN does not provide certain
foreign futures exchanges, no FX data, and I would like access to that
information. E-Signal would be used to feed Tradestation 2000i, and I have
no desire to move to a more recent version of Tradestation.

My question is this: I live in a rural area, and my only broadband provider
is Direcway satellite internet. The service is fast and mostly stable, but
the satellite provider does have in place a Fair Access Policy(FAP), that
limits the amount of data that can be downloaded to 169 MB over a 1-4 hour
period. If you trigger the FAP, speeds are cut dramatically until the FAP
is lifted after approximately 12 hours. If I moved to E-Signal, would I be
likely to trigger the FAP? I have no idea what the size of the data is that
would be transferred, so I thought I would ask and see if anyone has the
answer. Also, this internet connection is shared, and I am interested to
know how adversely affected would be the speeds of the client computers who
are sharing the connection.

Thanks in advance for any help,
