5-min charts in TS2000 not plotting

Hi list,
I have a strange problem in TS2000 and I will need your help.
I want to save disk space and to create only 5-min charts.
For that purpose I left only the 5-min resolution in the Global server for 
the symbol. I can see the data in my Global server but I cannot plot them - 
it says No data available for the selected range...
Do you have an idea how to overcome this?
