Win XP / TS4 Security Block

Thanks to all who responded to my problem getting Win XP to recognize
the TS4 security block, particularly the kind folks at QBL.

The problem turned out to be in the LPT1 port IRQ address.

I have combined all the information I could find, and full details
have been posted at:

as a reference should anybody else get into the same problem.
