Neal, first of all start taking a screen print of the IB SCREEN after you
have placed the order so that you can verify the order was placed,
forward this email to them and let them THERE IS A CLASS OF FOLKS THAT are
experiencing the problem. I know I will be a bull in a china shop if it
happens to me.  THEY NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT THEY SHOULD BE LIABLE. BECAUSE
I SURE AS HELL WILL HOLD 'EM THAT WAY.  THE HAVE NO BUSINESS BEING IN
BUSINESS IF THEY DONT HONOUR STOPS.
