Looking at the web site, the HyperServer product provides real
time non-native feeds to TS in OMZ or XPO format. There is no
description of how it works with historical data.
Does it work for historical data?
Can you roll continuous contracts?
What is the bar length limitation -- tick, minute, daily bars?
