Macro utility programs - which is the best?

I need to perform some tasks, each with a minor time delay, that involve 
closing and re-opening a couple of programs every day (Mon thru Fri), 
starting at a set time (2:00am in the morning).

Does anybody know which imacro utility program would best suit these needs?
