Good grief Volker.  You must stop lying.

Of course TS2000i is a FULLY SUPPORTED PRODUCT.  The product is still being
sold outside the U.S.  And patches have been released as recently as a few
days ago (the DTN patch that was discussed on this list).

I can understand your desire to produce the product that will replace TS.
But lying about the support available for TS will only hurt your reputation
and credibility in the marketplace.
