$DECL & $TICK for 23 Dec 2002

Could someone please send me 1-minute ASCII data for these two symbols -
$DECL & $TICK - for 23 December, 2002?

I just discovered that TradeStation (TS6) data for these two symbols stops
at 13:00 E.S.T (3 hours early) on 23 December.  This was correct behavior
for twenty-FOUR December, but not for 23 December.  $ADV, $UNCH, $SPX.X, and
all other symbols I watch are correct for that date.

Chart update does no good, and TS tech support has confirmed that the data
are missing from their database.
