yahoo (.csv format)-2-metastock format?

Hello LIST MEMBERS !!! MUAAH!!

Problem: How to convert Yahoo Finance's historical free
quotes (.csv format), to Metastock format.

Tool I have: Equis 'The Downloader' 7.21.  However, I
found I am unable to figure out how to convert it over to
Metastock without getting 4.5 million error red check marks.

If someone can e-mail me a step-by-step, please drop me
a note.
