Just vented with a customer service type. That person also had no knowledge
of when ts7 might be *released*. The banner is still in place within the
forums, but the main forum summary has the banner removed.
The customer service type did guess that 'if its not released today,
then I expect it to be relased sometime this week.' I don't have any
problems with the individual I spoke with, he's doing his job with the
data he has available, but once again I see a lack of effort on the part
of TRAD to communicate with subscribers.
