"Reality" TV shows are the worst trash on this planet. They are the ultimate Bread and Circus to keep ourselves numb and our attention off the what the "reality" actually is.
The "reality" of life is that we either put up with or ignore someone we're not interested in interacting with. Otherwise we're no better off than the prison or "Survivor" inmates who resort to tribal struggle.
On the other hand; establishing some agreed common courtesies may smooth some of the rough spots on this list...
