Getting an ELS file to work in TS4

Dear List

I recently downloaded an ELS file. I renamed the extension ELA and tried
importing it into TS4.0 but to no avail.

How does one convert an ELS file to an ELA file ??

>From within the power editor when I do a file/open/transfer the first option
in the list of three -- "Transfer selected analysis techniques TO Easy
Language Archive File (.ELA)" isn't highlighted/won't highlight.

ADVICE PLEASE !!
