Would anyone be kind enough to supply DAX and FTSE Index Futures daily
prices back to (say) 1980.

I need to compare with raw prices so I need them unadjusted (CSI, Nth
Nearest, 1st or 2nd trigger).  Preferred format CSI but ASCII or Metastock
are fine.
