Future Source and Dell

I have heard that some newer Dell machines have some start up conflicts with
Future Source's Tip card.  The computer stalls on startup and requires the
user to override to complete startup.  Thereafter there seems to be no
problem.  Has anyone heard this or experienced it?  If so, I am interested
in which types of Dell computer  are affected.
