John,
What do you mean reload from the service pack? If you are talking
about TradeStation 2000i and it is a legal copy you should get the
full program on CD from Tradestation. Are you doing something like
loading SP4c then the SP5 download from Tradestation? That will work
also, but if you are doing something else it will not.
