Gentlemen:
While I may not agree with Mr. Orphelin regarding his appraisal of
TradeStation quality as 'superb', nor a agree with his interlocutors
about the abysmal lack of said TradeStation software quality,
nonetheless I must note with dismay that the exchange has shifted
attention away from software assistance to an ad hominem diatribe.
This forum is not for mud slinging politics.
If anyone has a bone to pick with TradeStation Securities about the
lack of software maintenance and flagrant re-marketing of the same
product under a different name, 'the Platform', the injured parties,
ought to organize a class action lawsuit to press their claim.
The once mighty IBM, Sperry, Boroughs, etc., have all lost such suits,
or settled out of court in favor of the plaintiffs.
