Any eSignal/DTN.IQ Users Over Satellite Internet? FAP Problems?

I do not have access to DSL or cable and am considering getting an internet
data feed over satellite internet (Direcway).  Does your internet data feed
cause FAP (Fair Access Policy) problems?
FAP limits are something like 30-40 MB/ hour so I do not think they would
come into play.
But I don't want to commit to setup fees and 12 months service just to find
out it does not work.
