TS4 and night markets

Having trouble getting my TS4 with BMI data to post ES night session. 
NQ night session charting properly but can't get ES to chart at night. 
Have exchanges and symbols initiated correctly (I think)but still no go 
with ES.

Any suggestions appreciated,
