I've used the DU meter for years.

Seems like they used to let you try it for 30 days. Graphs the
download, upload replies. Shows download/upload in kbps or KB/ps or
meg per sec, you choose. Has a stopwatch for timing loads.

Anyone know of a tool to monitor/chart second-by-second internet
connectivity? IB tells me that a little problem I am having is due to short
term losses of my connection...frankly does not make sense given other
software with no problems.
