Assuming it's not just subtle advertising (which is prohibited here,)
you've walked into a tough room with that question. Around these parts,
system/signal vendors are considered somewhere between child molesters
and used car salesmen on the scale of worthwhile human beings.
If your "friend's" signals are really so good, tell him to trade them
for a while and build an audited track record. Then he'll have something
to sell. Of course, if they really work, he'll be rolling in the money
and will have no need to sell signals to annoying customers for a crummy
$500/month. Rather, he will try to keep his trades a secret so nobody
knows what he is doing as he prepares to buy that island in the
Caribbean. :-)
