Not directly, but this does the same job.
Save the Digest from OE to the Desktop. Then open a text editor (I use
Wordpad), and use File/Open to input the Digest as a continuous file. The
downside is that you have to scroll through all the headers and the quoted
parts from previous posts, which unfortunately usually constitutes by far
the larger part of each digest.
If you want to reply to a post, you have to go back to the saved Digest on
the desktop, open it directly, display the relevant post, and then reply to
it.
