That is simple to fix and part of the set up process. Just ask your broker
to have the "flatten at end of day" box unchecked. Then make sure your
positions are correct the next day. If not, have them add external fills to
your account until your position is correct. Bingo, you are done. As long
as all the fills you execute are through PATS JTRADER, then all the trades
will be reflected in your account. If you execute a trade outside of
JTRADER, then have them insert it into to PATS SARA as an external fill.

The comment on problems of using PATS/JTrader at ManFinancial are
correct.
The numbers on the PATS screen can have no relevance whatsoever to your
actual positions and P/Ls, if you keep positions overnight. The last few
months, they're just zero'ing the positions, so according to their PATS
you start flat each day (although in reality you may have positions). It
can be quite confusing.
They don't seem to have any intention to fix it.
