omz file format

Hi,

two questions:

1) does somebody have the specification of the omz file format? Or does
somebody know where I can find it? I would like to be able to read data from omz
files into my simulation programs.

2) Any hint, where I can get historical FOREX data (ASCII format)? I would
pay the usual fee...
