I use the following PaintBar in TS2000i. I don't know about TS6.

Value1=Upticks-DownTicks;
If Value1<0 Then PlotPaintBar(H,L,"UpDnTicks",red,0,2)
      Else If Value1>0 Then PlotPaintBar(H,L,"UpDnTicks",blue,0,2);
