I haven't reinstalled my TS 4.0 for a long time and it's getting funky. I'd
like to do this but I'm not sure which build is necessary for a complete
reinstallation(I want to write over the program files to see if some of the
quirks and problems will reset themselves and disappear). I'm running build
27...should I just reinstall b 27 or should I start with an earlier one?
