Forex Cross Currencies into TS2000i

I have ESignal and have been unsuccessful in plotting cross currencies in 
TS2000i.  For instance I try to save and plot data for EURCHF A0-FX and 
nothing plots.  Has anyone been successful with the FOREX data plotting in TS?
