I seem to remember that, several years ago when I first got my 'Supercharts'
(or was it SystemWriter) and then upgraded it to 'TradeStation', there were
some user groups in various cities. This was before the web was common, and
back in the times that User Groups for various computer things were pretty
common.
I went to one such meeting, in San Rafael California at 'San Rafael Joes'
restaurant, and met perhaps 20 other traders that day. Frankly, these guys
and what they were talking about was way beyond me, my understanding, and my
bankroll, so I left, and participated no more.
Well, if such a thing still exists, I'd like to attend another meeting.
Does anybody know about such 'user groups'? Are there any in the San
Francisco/Berkeley/Marin/ area, or nearby? Weren't these originally
sponsored by Omega? Do they still exist?
