getting ES and NQ in GlobalServer?

I have TS2ki and decided I'd like to follow the e-mini
S&P and Nasdaq. I added them to the GlobalServer (ES
was recognized, but I added NQ manually) and I've
loaded back periods and current data from HistoryBank,
but no data shows for any contracts. I thought one
time I checked that there was some ES data, so on the
possibility that the files were corrupted somehow,
I've reinstalled TS and went through the procedure of
removing .dat and idx files, but neither did anything.


Any suggestions?
